What a LUCKY FIND!!! These "Flamingo" Mega Marble Players come in packs of 5, were made by Vacor for Mega Marbles, and are retired and EXTREMELY hard to find. Having been manufactured between the years of 2005 and 2011, they are the original version and are generally the best quality and colors available. The glass used to make them was of a higher quality than subsequent years. They are inventory from a marble store that closed over 10 years ago and have been carefully packed in a box and untouched over all these years. Each marble measures approximately 16mm (5/8th") in diameter. Crafted of Opaque, extremely pale pink glass on the base with delicate, orange swirls, these marbles are highly sought after as collectibles, very hard to find and will surely create a conversation whenever used or displayed! The manufacturer calls them pink, but they are the palest of pink in the base color. While each batch of marbles can be slightly different depending on the glass used to make them, there are other variables such as the temperature of the glass when put in the machine, the temperature of the machine, and the ambient air temperature that will affect the final product. These factors can make the colors on the marbles vary slightly from batch to batch. For instance, if you order red marbles some of them may be dark red and the next batch be a lighter red.
